Microsoft Active Directory with a focus on root cause detection and

As a Technical Support Analyst you will be responsible for:
ü Providing support for all of our
client’s IT related activities
ü Providing onsite and remote
access support via helpdesk
ü Monitoring servers and network
ü Troubleshoot a variety of
ü Performing maintenance tasks on
servers and workstations
ü Documenting and applying best
ü Upgrades and deployments of the
latest infrastructure technologies
ü Excellent verbal and written
communications skills in English
ü A minimum of two years practical
experience in a technical support environment
ü Solid Experience with Active
ü Strong Experience with Exchange
ü Strong Experience with LAN/WAN
network infrastructure technologies
ü Cisco and related experience
would be an asset
ü Valid Driver’s License and your
ü Strong customer facing skills
ü Service industry experience an asset.
ü Must have current MCSE or MCITP
ü Post secondary diploma, degree
or equivalent work experience.
